Less that a week into the new year. Bitcoin (XBT) is on a continuation of the fourth quarter of 2015 and has risen above $450 for the first time in 2016.
Bitcoin is currently at $455.18 and hit $457.94 on the dinbits index earlier today. It has been on a slow and steady rise since October of 2015 making a significant jumps in November and then again in December.
Now in a new month and a new year, January 2016 sees another rise that appears to be holding and will most likely continue to rise in the coming weeks.
